A. BBG: Snatch complex

EMOM x 10 minutes

Snatch dead lift
High hang power snatch
Low hang power snatch
Power snatch

B. Metcon

10 minute ascending ladder (2, 4, 6...)

Overhead squat (95/65)
Lateral burpee

The lateral burpee is when you do a burpee then jump over the bar; that counts as one rep.

My score: 50# (BBG); 10 + 3 lateral burpees (50#)
