Aug 23 WOD: Triple WOD

WOD 1 (10 minutes)

EMOM x 10

2 split jerks (60% - 70%) - focus on technique

WOD 2 (15 minutes)

Find 3RM front squat

WOD 3 (5 minutes)

Mini Cindy

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

Tere, Lala, and I shared a rack for the split jerks and the front squats. Also, I did unassisted pull ups for mini-Cindy!


My score: 75 (split jerks); 105 (3RM front squat); 3 + 6 push ups (mini-Cindy)
