Breakfast: Sweet potato hash with fried egg, a piece of chocolate, black coffee
Lunch: Hard boiled eggs, banana fritters
Dinner: Sweet potato hash, seasoned squash with leftover ground beef, orange
Snacks: Paleo carrot cupcakes, bananas
I could eat sweet potato hash for breakfast everyday. I had a late breakfast so I wasn't hungry yet when lunchtime rolled around.
I'm currently reading Robb Wolf's The Paleo Solution. So far, so good. I like the funny and interesting way he writes.
