Mar 22 WOD: Triplet

My butt still hurts from the pistols we did last Wednesday. I arrived at the box early and had contemplated on doing back squats for the Wendler, then I thought I'd better conserve my butt muscles and legs because today's workout involved front squats.

3 RFT (rounds for time):

20 front squats (130/95)
20 burpees
20 toes to bar

I used the long bar and set it up to 65 lbs, and for the toes to bar I was supposed to do knees to elbows but I just couldn't make them meet! I wanted to do V-ups instead but Coach Jordan said I needed to practice the toes to bar. Phooey.
