Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with leftover ground beef lettuce wrap, black coffee, singkamas
Lunch: Boiled sweet potato, banana, singkamas
Dinner: Burgers, stir-fried eggplant with seasoning, ampalaya with scrambled eggs
Snacks: Oranges, banana, paleo carrot cupcakes
My tummy got mad at me yesterday for having 2 pieces of non-paleo pancakes. I got an awful tummy ache, which totally made me regret having those pancakes. So this morning, even though I was very tempted to have a piece of chocolate, I stopped and reminded myself about what's going to happen if I did.
