Sometimes I feel like I talk and think too much about CrossFit. Some days I feel like I'm swimming in the Kool-Aid. So is this what my friends want to say to me?
I think most of my friends know not to ask me about CrossFit anymore, since I tend to go on and on about it -- especially when they say, "Oh, I don't think I can do that. It's too intense/difficult/expensive/hardcore!"
