A. SWOD
4 sets of:
6 push jerks
Rest 2 minutes
B. Metcon
EMOM x 14 minutes
Odd: 5 thrusters (95/65#) + 5 lateral burpees over bar
Even: Rest
Thank goodness for built-in rest periods!
My score: 65# (push jerks); 7 sets (55#)
