Dead lifts again, yay! Today was 10 rounds of:
- 5 dead lifts
- 10 hand release push ups (with feet on a 45 lb plate)
I Rx'd on the dead lifts (115#) but did the push ups on my knees on a 25# plate. My time: 11:46.
Whoa. A lift that I Rx'd!
