This means we had to do just a scaled version of the real benchmark, McGhee. In this case, it was:
15 minutes AMRAP
5 dead lifts (275/185)
13 push ups
9 box jumps (24/18")
And am I glad we didn't have to do the real thing, which is 30 minutes AMRAP. I used 125 for the DLs and did the push ups and box jumps as Rx'd (my push ups were a little worm-y though).
My score: 8 rounds + 4 dead lifts
