Strength

It's a good thing there aren't any mirrors at the box because I don't think I'd like to see what I look like when I work out.

We did deadlifts today. That's right. We were told to do 5-5-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1, starting a little light and then going heavier. I was able to do 125 lbs... that's more than what I weigh!

After that the "cash out" was 12 minutes AMRAP of:

5 deadlifts (95 lbs.)
9 box jumps (12")
12 push ups hands off (on my knees)

I was 2 push ups shy of finishing 3 rounds.


So... I guess a lot of angels got their wings today.
