Thanks to Clare, I found this photo of me (left) running the Maynilad Health Run 10K. This was taken somewhere around the 4 or 5 km mark. I look like a boy!

When I started this blog I promised myself I will try not to talk about running and fitness-related stuff (I have my tumblr for that). But I can't NOT post this video. One of the best motivational ads, in my opinion. Makes me wish we had Under Armour here.
